Vibes Hat Co is a proud branch of FayCo Printing, our family-owned and operated printing and embroidery business in La Grange, Texas.

What started as a love for custom printing grew into a hat company where we offer both premium blank hats and original designs crafted in-house. From custom-printed styles to embroidered caps, our goal is to deliver hats that fit every vibe and every occasion. We also created our signature trucker hat chains that pair perfectly with any vibe or add a little flair to your hat bar.

FAQs

  • Returns

    We accept returns within 15 business days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. To start a return, shoot us an email with your name and order number attached.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, no need to send it back! Simply email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement right away.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after your return is received.
